I work with couple’s who have relationship issues. Besides being a NZAC Registered Counsellor I am also an experienced Facilitator who works with both Conflict Resolution and Mediation.

I work with individuals both men and women who have relationship issues/concerns. Feelings of abandonment, issues revolving around trust, communication issues, anger... If I don’t feel comfortable that I can assist you work through your specific issue/issues I will indicate as such.

I also work with people who are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed when this is due to a specific event in their lives, or due specific circumstances, for example when there is a feeling things have got out of control, feelings of despair. You would like some support, assistance to work through the issues/problems, examine solutions, help put some order back into your life, take some of the pressure off.

Grief, bereavement, personal loss is another area I have a special interest in, especially the loss of children (young and older). I can arrange to do home visits Papakura, Takanini and Manurewa.

I also work with confidence building and self esteem as well as with issues surrounding anger including anger management. In regards to anger, where alcohol and drug taking are issues then these too need to be worked with. I have experience working in this areas, have training in Working with Addictions, as well as comprehensive training in Understanding Addictive Practices.

Goal Setting and Future Planning. Am certainly a good person to bat ideas off of, much like a mentor, with the added opportunity to set goals and future plan with the benefit of counselling support. I would be responsive to enquiries regarding setting up a mentoring program for individual contacts (personal or business).

The workplace (I have the experience and knowledge to draw on) is another area I draw clients from, its converging of different peoples, differing needs, the unique stresses and strains of that environment. And again I work with relationships within the workplace as well as individual issues. I can arrange to attend workplaces Papakura District, Manukau, Eastern Suburburbs, Mangere and Papatoetoe.
